I had an amazing stay in this city. The hotel was perfect location in a small side street next to the Opera. I loved the fact that it was in the heart of the city center within walking distance to all the major sites. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide range of eating options. The staff was friendly, cute, and always available to help.

The bathtub floor was tricky and narrow, and it could be slippery. We had an issue with the towels not being changed after the first cleaning.

The only downside we experienced was the temperature control in the room. It was a bit too warm for our liking and we were unable to adjust it to a cooler temperature.

It's also very convenient being close to the metro line, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with hardwood floors and great air conditioning. The staff go above and beyond to provide superior service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. After a long day of sightseeing, it's nice to relax in the hotel's lounge area.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a wonderful experience. The location was really convenient, with lots of restaurants and sights nearby. The hotel itself was situated on a quiet street, which meant it was very peaceful and easy to sleep at night. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made my stay here really enjoyable.
